    1. Established companies with strong market positions
    2. $10 - $100mm in enterprise value
    3. Valuation expectation – EBITDA multiple, adjusted for non-recurring events – that falls within a reasonable range consistent with comparable market multiples for that particular industry and allows for reasonable debt level financing
    4. Visible growth prospects through geographic expansion, product line or service offering expansion, untapped customer segment expansion and distribution channel expansion
    5. Well diversified/strong customer base
